Is it secure to pay online?
Yes, we use one of the biggest online payment companies called PayPal, you don’t need an account to pay using a credit or debit card and they handle the payment, this way we don't store your credit card details. Paypal is used by ebay, so if you've bought from ebay before there is a good chance you may already have a paypal account.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes, we have credit card terminal here, you can place your order online or over the phone and then we can phone you or your phone us whatever suits you.
Can I see a Vegpod before I buy?

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Due to the high demand for Vegpods there is a 10 working day delivery time frame. We hope to be quicker than this but we need to make sure we meet or exceed your expectations. If your order is urgent please let us know when you order and we will try our best to accommodate you.
When will the accessories be available?
We are currently working on a range of Vegpod accessories, if you are a member of the Vegpod Online Community you will be notified via our newsletter. They will include starter-pack, hand tools, frost-cover, tool-store box, shelf unit.
